Shipping
When will it ship?
It will ship today if...
- you selected FedEx and you order BEFORE 4PM ET
- you selected U.S. Mail and you order BEFORE 3PM ET
It will ship tomorrow if...
- you selected FedEx and you order AFTER 4PM ET
- you selected U.S. Mail and you order AFTER 3PM ET
- your order is really, really large (we'll contact you).
- your order will ship Monday if you missed the 3PM or 4PM cutoff on Friday
RUSH ORDERS: If you're in a huge bind and missed a cutoff, please call Bethany at 866-952-GIVE (866-952-4483) to see if there's anything we can do. We're closed on Saturday but if you need it for Monday, please call Bethany at 281-620-1878.
If you have a meeting or deadline we recommend using FedEx. Unfortunately, there is no tracking information available when using either U.S. Mail option. FedEx always comes with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on where your package is. SATURDAY DELIVERY: If you'd like your products delivered on a Saturday please call Bethany at 866-952-GIVE (866-952-4483). There are additional fees for Saturday delivery.
OTHER DETAILS: We offer a variety of shipping options designed to get you your materials when you need them. However, FedEx is by far the most reliable shipping option we offer. If you have a meeting or deadline we recommend using FedEx because unfortunately, there is no tracking information available when using either U.S. Mail option. FedEx always comes with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on where your package is. These tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you'd like to track your order directly within the GiveMore.com website, please register a user name and password. Once you login, you can view your order history and track your package. Customers who'd like to track their orders on GiveMore.com, please register with GiveMore.com.
Track Orders
If you placed an order as a guest (without setting up an account), please check for an email from Bethany Frazier (Bethany@GiveMore.com) with your FedEx tracking number… click the tracking number in the email and you’ll get results from FedEx.com.

Returns & exchanges
Most items can be returned unused and in their original condition within 21 calendar days (3 weeks) of purchase for an exchange or for a full refund (does not include cost of shipping).
Items should be sent in their original packaging and include a completed return form. Download the PDF version of the returns/exchanges form.
There are two products that are not returnable (details below).
All opened DVDs are not returnable. To be sure the content is a fit for your group, please view the previews of the DVDs from the links on the product description pages.
Do-It-Yourself Training is also not returnable. To be sure the PowerPoint Presentation and Leader's Guide material is a fit for your group, please call us at 1-866-952-4483 or email Bethany@GiveMore.com. We can provide you with a sample of the Presentation, questions and breakout activities in the Leader's Guide.

We ask that you ship via FedEx or UPS, as they are able to track packages. Please keep a record of your package's tracking number once it is shipped. This will help us ensure that no returned merchandise is lost in transit.
Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mailed your returned item for us to receive and process your refund. For exchanges, allow 2 business days after we receive the package to fulfill the new order. Subscribers & visitors
Subscribing is free.
When you subscribe to a Give More Media website, it means you have signed up to receive:
- communications from a particular Give More Media website (in other words, the stuff you signed up for)
- communications from Give More Media's advertisers and partners
Your email address is not shared with these advertisers or partners; Give More Media sends all email communications directly. Give More Media uses an email hosting company to deliver our email newsletters and advertisements. At times, Give More Media may use a third party (meaning not us and not our advertiser) service to process suppression requests for advertisers; these third party providers will agree not to use or release your email to the advertiser or any other party.
As a subscriber, you may have provided your postal address; therefore, you may receive postal mail from Give More Media and/or our advertisers and partners. Your postal mailing address is provided to advertisers and/or its mailing service bureau. Give More Media employs a list management company to coordinate postal mailings on behalf of our advertisers.

Collection/use of information
When you visit a Give More Media website, information that is collected and gathered includes the following:
- You may be asked for any of the following information when registering for a newsletter: full name, mailing address, email address, company name, phone number, fax number, industry, and role in organization. Demographic information about the entire subscriber base is summarized and used to sell advertising.
- IP addresses, which are automatically provided by your browser when visiting our sites.

Unsubscribing from one Give More Media website will not affect your subscription to any other Give More Media website. If you'd like to discontinue all communications from all websites, please let us know.
By unsubscribing or removing your email address, you are also removing your postal address from the mailing list. Postal removal requests are handled upon receipt; however, lists rented previously by advertisers may still contain the address, so it may take up to three months for updates to take effect.

FedEx orders placed Monday - Friday before 4PM ET will be shipped that day.
U.S. Mail orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM ET will be shipped that day (excluding US holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, and 12.24). Orders placed later will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after the 3PM and 4PM ET cutoff on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

How can I find out the status of my order?

How much is international shipping?
Cost depends on location, weight of package, and shipping method. If you need to speak with someone about international shipping, please contact Bethany at 866-952-GIVE (866-952-4483) or send us an email.

How much are duties and taxes for international shipping
For all international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for the import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. These fees are in addition to the shipping & handling charges you pay to GiveMore.com when you place your order.
These additional fees are generated by your local customs office after the shipment reaches your country. You will either be called to arrange payment or a bill will be sent to you after you receive the shipment. The method that the fees are collected depends on the declared value of your order.
Since customs charges vary widely from country to country, GiveMore.com cannot predict what they will be for each order. For additional questions, please give us a call at 866-952-GIVE (866-952-4483).
