2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are with a non-profit K-12 school, we accept purchase orders ($100 minimum). You can fax your purchase order to (703) 783-8357 or email it to

3. When will my order ship?
Overnight FedEx orders placed Monday - Friday before
4PM ET
will be shipped that day.
All other orders placed Monday - Friday before
3PM ET
will be shipped that day (excluding US holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, and 12.24). Orders placed later will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 3PM ET on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

6. How much are duties and taxes for international shipping?
For all international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for the import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. These fees are in addition to the shipping & handling charges you pay to Give More Media when you place your order.
These additional fees are generated by your local customs office after the shipment reaches your country. You will either be called to arrange payment or a bill will be sent to you after you receive the shipment. The method that the fees are collected depends on the declared value of your order.
Since customs charges vary widely from country to country, Give More Media cannot predict what they will be for each order. For additional questions, please give us a call.

7. What if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund of the price of the merchandise (does not include cost of shipping). Learn more about our return and exchange policy

8. What are your shipping options?
We offer a variety of shipping options designed to get you your materials when you need them. However, FedEx is by far the most reliable shipping option we offer. If you have a meeting or deadline we recommend using FedEx because
unfortunately, there is no tracking information available when using either US Mail option.
FedEx always comes with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on where your package is. To make sure you choose your preferred shipping option,
