Returns & exchanges

Customized products may not be returned or exchanged.

All opened Meeting Opener DVDs are not returnable. To be sure the content is a fit for your group, please view the full length previews of the DVDs from the links on the product description pages.

All other items can be returned unused and in their original condition within 15 calendar days of purchase for an exchange or for a full refund (does not include cost of shipping). Items should be sent in their original packaging and include a completed return form. Download the PDF version of the returns/exchanges form.

We ask that you ship via FedEx or UPS, as they are able to track packages. Please keep a record
of your package's tracking number once it is shipped.
This will help us ensure that no returned merchandise is lost in transit.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mailed your returned item for us to receive and process your refund. For exchanges, allow 2 business days after we receive the package to fulfill the new order.
